Gabby Conception Bigamy Case
May 30, 2008Gabby Conception back in philippines but bigamy case is also filed against him. The case officially opens on May 29, 2008. The prosecution reportedly presented the marriage contract of Gabby and Sharon Cunita. The bigamy case stemmed from the complaint of Mamerto dela Cruz, of E. Rodriguez corner Mercury St., Libis, Quezon City.
Concepcion arrived in the country on March 30, 2008 after spending several years in the United States. The following day, he posted P6,000 bail with the Manila Metropolitan Trial Court (MTC) in connection with his falsification of public documents case.
Gabby’s lawyer, Atty. Ed Flaminiano, explained that the case was filed against the actor because of an "antedate" entry in the application form he filled up to obtain a marriage license.
